A little bit of history

Olive varieties

The olive in Campania represents a characterizing element both of landscape and of economy in large areas.   1. The Defoliation and washing of olives ;
  2. The Milling of olives by pressing;
  3. The Kneading dough of olives;
  4. Pressing /extraction of oil;
  5. The separation of vergin olive oil producted;
  6. The storage of producted oil (extra, vergin or glaring) .
